Executive Committee

District Commander

Leroy Collins - Leroy@collinsland.com

My wife, Wanda, and I have been active in girl’s and boy’s ministries since 1976. Wanda is presently the Missionette Coordinator and I the Royal Ranger Sr. Commander of Outpost 188 at Grand Parkway Church, Porter, TX. Together we have served in various leadership positions in three Districts, North Texas, Rocky Mountain and now South Texas. We have two beautiful daughters and a grandson who keeps us both well occupied. I believe Royal Rangers is the premier boy’s ministries in the United States and is a successful ministry in reaching, teaching and keeping boys for Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement for Royal Rangers

My Vision Statement of Royal Rangers is to create a safe and successful learning environment where every boy is challenged with an outstanding curriculum and innovative educational opportunities of adventure.

I believe every boy should discover what the basic core values of a society are including; honor, integrity, honesty, respect, discipline, team work and good citizenship.

I believe every boy should be empowered with the necessary tools to discover what each is best in the world at and to discover their unique positive contribution to their church and community.

I’m committed to the parents and the local church staff for every boy’s success in learning and individual development of attitude, skill and responsibility.

I’m committed in providing an orderly learning atmosphere of mutual respect and accountability which optimizes every boy’s potential, builds self-esteem, and develops a love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
