Leroy and Wanda Scholarship Fund
“Leroy and Wanda Collins have felt the call of God on their lives for over 45 years. This call was to minister to boys and girls in the church. As they grew in God, and in their commitment to serving the local church, God opened doors of opportunity for them to serve in the sectional and district positions in the Royal Ranger and Missionettes (Girls Ministries) Ministries.
Having two daughters who attended college, they realized that there should be scholarship opportunities for church boys and girls who have excelled in Royal Ranger and Girls Ministries by achieving the highest award for achievement. This began the dream of this scholarship fund. With the cooperation from their local pastors and the South Texas District leadership, this dream has become a reality.”
